More stunning evidence of the desire of this administration to cultivate the dependence on government that I wrote about in The Tiffany Generation. The above scenario, of course, assumes Julia’s potential mother does not exercise her constitutional right to an abortion. But that wouldn’t make much of a multimedia presentation.
