Come to think of it, this is exactly what caused the Democratic candidate in my home district in Maryland to drop out of the race a few weeks ago. You'd think they'd have learned their lesson.
*Update: Just so there is no misunderstanding... this is grammar-related satire based on the misplaced modifier. No election laws were harmed in either the original tweet or this blog post.
